With the rapid development of China's economy,the problems of energy shortage and increasing energy consumption have aroused widespread concern in the society.Globally,energy conservation and emission reduction are still the main ways to improve energy efficiency and mitigate energy crisis.In China,under the targets of carbon emission and people's higher requirements on the ecological environment,China is determined to adopt a series of effective measures to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction and optimize the ecological environment.Finally,looking at various industries,manufacturing(such as steel,chemicals,building materials and other industries)as a pillar of China's economic development,while generating economic benefits for China,it also brings more serious energy consumption problems,energy efficiency problems and the environmental problems.Therefore,the energy conservation and emission reduction tasks of manufacturing enterprises are an important part of China's energy conservation and emission reduction targets.Firstly,according to relevant theories,this paper designed a framework for energy-saving work for manufacturing enterprises.Based on the three-step energy-saving method(three steps of remote diagnosis,on-site diagnosis and diagnostic report),two evaluation models were proposed for remote diagnosis.The on-site energy-saving diagnosis ideas were summarized and used to standardize and decompose the on-site diagnosis.A list of the contents of the final diagnosis report was compiled.Based on the energy conservation project implementation guidebook proposed by the Carbon Trust,the process and framework to be followed in the implementation of the energy conservation project were extracted.The energy management maturity model and the air-conditioning system energy-saving opportunity rapid identification method were used as the tools for qualitative evaluation of energy-saving effects,and the energy-base period influencingfactor model method was used as the quantitative calculation method of energy-saving effect.After the design of the complete framework,the designed framework and model were applied in an energy-saving diagnostic project for a manufacturing enterprise.The project aimed to diagnose the air compressor system of the enterprise.Finally,the energy-saving plan was proposed and the corresponding economic analysis and effect evaluation of the plan were carried out.This paper provided a complete and instructive energy-saving work flow method for enterprises in the energy-saving work of manufacturing enterprises,and established an energy management maturity model and a rapid evaluation model for air compressor system energy-saving opportunities for the guidance of self-evaluation and benchmark.Finally,energy saving diagnosis service was conducted in company A.The three energy-saving projects proposed are expected to save the company about one million kilowatts of electricity per year.
