The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the "four modernization" coordinated development strategy,which provides systematic scientific guidance for China's economic and social construction.In 2015,the "Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Ecological Civilization" put the concept of "greening" into China's modernization construction for the first time,and implemented the extension of "synchronization of four modernizations" to "five-generation synergy".At present,China is in a critical period of structural reform and social transformation.The problems of scientific and technological innovation are not strong,the industrial structure is irrational,and the urban-rural development is not coordinated.The problem of China's “five-oriented” coordinated development faces regional imbalances and non-coordination.This study mainly measures the level of China's "five-chemical" collaborative development,and explores the regional differences and impact mechanisms of China's "five-chemical" collaborative development.Firstly,it analyzes and compares the theory and current situation of China's "five-chemical" coordinated development.Secondly,based on the existing research,it constructs the "five-chemical" index evaluation system,selects the entropy right legal right,and the coupled collaborative model measures,using ArcGIS space software for China's "five Visualization of the regional differences in the level of synergistic development;Finally,the spatial measurement method is selected to construct the model,based on the greenization leading,to analyze the key factors affecting the coordinated development of China's “five-oriented”.The research results show that:(1)From the status quo of the development of the “five”.China's industrialization is developing rapidly,the quality of urbanization is not good,the level of agricultural modernization is not high,the development of green development is steadily increasing,the employment rate of the information industry is low,and China's “five-chemical” synergy exists in urbanization,which lags behind industrialization,and the development of information technology lags behind.The problem.(2)Judging from the development of China's “five-chemical” subsystem.First,from the perspective of time evolution,China's industrialization,urbanization,agricultural modernization,informationization and green development have shown an increasing trend from 2008 to 2016.The growth rate of industrialization is obviously higher than the speed of agricultural modernization and urbanization;the development of informationization has lagged behind the shortcoming of “five-oriented”;the growth rate of agricultural modernization is low;the green water is rising steadily.Second,from a regional perspective,the development of the “five-chemical” is on the east and west,and the regional development is uneven.(3)Seen from the coordinated development of China's “five-chemical” composite system.First,China's “five-chemical” coordinated development is generally on the rise,and the development levels in the eastern,central and western regions are decreasing.Second,China's “five-chemical” collaborative development level is divided into six levels of synergy: the first category is advanced synergy,which includes two provinces,Zhejiang and Guangdong.The second category is intermediate-level collaboration,including Tianjin,Shanghai,and Fujian.The third category belongs to the low-level synergy type,including Jiangsu,Shaanxi,Liaoning,Qinghai,Hainan,and Xinjiang.The fourth category is low-altitude,mainly including 13 provinces and cities such as Beijing,Hebei,Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Shandong,Hubei,Henan,Jilin,Heilongjiang,Chongqing,Sichuan,Yunnan,and Ningxia.The fifth category is moderately dysfunctional,including six provinces including Anhui,Jiangxi,Hunan,Guangxi,Guizhou,and Gansu.The sixth category is highly dysfunctional,and Tibet is classified as such.(4)The green survey of regional differences in China's “five-chemical” coordinated development shows that,first,the average growth rate of greening is the highest,and the pace of greening construction is accelerating.Second,greening leads the “five-oriented” synergy to solve the problem of environmental resource bearing.Third,greening leads the “five-in-one” synergy to create green production methods and lifestyles;fourth,technological innovation drives too weak and restricts the development of green development.(5)From the influencing factors of the coordinated development of China's “five Hua”.First,the factors influencing the coordinated development of China's "five-chemical" greenization are multi-faceted.The economic development,industrial structure,and education level have significantly promoted the coordinated development of the "five-oriented",which is the key to affect the level of China's "five-chemical" coordinated development.Second,greening leads the coordinated development of “five-oriented”.Among the green factors,green economy and green environmental protection have a significant role in promoting the coordinated development of “five-oriented”.The possible innovations of this paper: First,this paper focuses on the development of five-in-one synergy based on the perspective of greenization,which is different from the existing research and more in line with the future green development concept.The second is to explore the regional differences and influencing factors of the “five-in-one” synergy,which can enrich and improve the methodology of related research.
