Study On The Financial Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas Of Luoyang City

In this paper,the background of financial poverty alleviation,the research review at home and abroad,and the relevant theories related to this paper are briefly described.Secondly,the paper studies the current situation of rural financial poverty alleviation in Luoyang from the aspects of the background,organizational system and service system of rural financial poverty alleviation,and describes the organizational framework,service objects and risk prevention and control measures of rural financial poverty alleviation credit in Yichuan County,Luoyang City.Through questionnaire survey and measurement model analysis,farmers' satisfaction with rural financial poverty alleviation credit is analyzed.It is found that farmers are welcome and satisfied to grant credit to the whole village of rural financial poverty alleviation.Then through the description of the overall situation of Luoyang City and the study of the whole village credit of rural financial poverty alleviation in Yichuan County,it is found that the loan quota of rural finance in Luoyang City can not meet the needs of farmers;it is difficult to effectively control risks;the rural financial legal system is not perfect;the farmers' credit awareness is weak;the financial guarantee system is not perfect;the development of agricultural insurance with low poverty alleviation efficiency is lagging behind;These problems affect the development and continuation of financial poverty alleviation in Luoyang.How to effectively solve these problems is an important issue to be solved urgently.It is also the key to whether Luoyang can achieve the goal of poverty alleviation on time and in good quality.Finally,aiming at the problems and reasons of rural financial poverty alleviation in Luoyang,and combining with the actual situation of Luoyang,the paper puts forward: strengthening the construction of credit team;improving the convenience of loans;strictly controlling credit granting and loan risk;increasing financial support;strengthening the supervision and management of poverty alleviation funds;improving financial guarantee system;reducing government intervention in poverty alleviation credit;Risk compensation mechanism;improve rural financial laws and regulations and other countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to make their own modest contribution to the cause of rural financial poverty alleviation in Luoyang City.
