Research On Iterative Path Of New Product Development Based On Lean Entrepreneurship

In the face of rapidly changing user demands and increasingly intensified market competition,persisting in the practice of new product development that is the key to keep sustainable development for enterprises.At present,lean entrepreneurship theory has become an innovative iterative method that is widely recognized and applied in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship.Many researchers also suggested that developing new product with the iterative model of lean startup,which can quickly respond to the market demand and reduce the waste produced in the process of practice by adopting the iterative mode of lean entrepreneurship,which greatly reducing the cost.Innovation risk.But on the one hand,due to the iterative theory still exists some abstractness and fuzziness to some degree,on the other hand,present research about the iterative process of the new product development lacks the specific implementation path and method steps,which leading to a least success rate of the new product development.In this situation,to make clear the specific iterative process of implementing new product development,and improve the iterative theory of new product development,this paper explored how to apply the lean entrepreneurship iteration model to the process of new product development.Through analysing the iterative link of lean entrepreneurship model,making up for the shortage of the research,the whole new product development iterative path was constructed.The iterative path mainly includes minimum viable product construction link,user experience link,iterative judgement link and iterative improvement link.1 For the minimum viable product construction link,it proposed the logical process of constructing minimum viable product from the perspective of reducing the risk of product development,which including three processes,the construction of minimum viable product plan,the discrimination of minimum viable product plan and the realization of minimum viable product plan.First,the minimum viable product plan was constructed by three steps,setting up a vision,excavating user pain point and defining the content of the plan.Then,the minimum viable product plan was discriminated according to the discriminant criterion of minimum viable product proposed.Finally,the minimum viable product plan was reliazed by four steps,namely analysis,design,development and test.2 For the user experience link,based on the hypothesis theory of "users are not completely dissatisfied with the product" and the measurement index of user satisfaction,it put forward the logical process of the user experience link,including three processes,the user experience index construction,the user experience satisfaction investigation and the user experience satisfaction calculation.First,taking the Internet products as an example,the user experience index system of Internet products was constructed by the way of literature analysis.Then,the survey of user experience satisfaction was completed by the way of questionnaire survey.Finally,the user experience satisfaction of product was calculated by building the formula of user satisfaction accounting.3 For the iterative judgment link,as with the same research premise of the user experience link,and the lean innovation accounting principle,the logical process of the iterative judgment link was proposed,including two processes,hypothesis verification and decision judgment.First,by setting the evaluation criteria of product satisfaction,the hypothesis verification standard and decision criterion were determined.Then,according to these standards,it could verify whether the premise hypothesis of enterprise was established.Finally,according to the standard of complete dissatisfaction,complete satisfaction and general satisfaction,it could make decisions for product about turning or abandoning,putting into operation or iteration improvement.4 For the iteration improvement link,from the angle of improving the product experience indexes,the logical process of the iteration improvement link was put forward,including two processes,the selection of product iterative improvement point and the realization of the product iterative improvement.First,it finished the selection process of the product iterative improvement point by three steps,namely selecting the product iterative indexes,sorting the product iterative indexes,and determining the number of iterative indexes.Then the process of product iterative improvement was realized by four steps,improvement analysis,improvement design,improvement development and improvement test.The whole process and method steps of the new product development iteration links have been verified by actual cases.It found that the methods and steps of each iteration link were practical and feasible,which had important theoretical guiding meaning for the enterprise to implement the new product development iteration.
