Research On The Development Strategy Of ZS Group

As the main body of the national economy,state-owned enterprises play an important role in promoting economic development.As a representative state-owned enterprise in Xiamen,ZS Group has a large state-owned assets,but it also brings unrelated and diversified business areas and historical issues.How to more effectively integrate these business segments,transform and upgrade state-owned resources to enhance competitiveness,and jointly create benefits,has become a problem that ZS Group needs to solve.This article takes ZS group as the research object,through studying the domestic and international enterprise development strategy literature and investigating and interviewing the ZS group,firstly expounds the background and significance of the enterprise development strategy,and introduces the basic theory of the domestic and international scholars to the enterprise strategy management,mainly including the process of the strategy management and the main analysis method.According to the research steps of strategic management: Firstly,from the strategic analysis point of view,this paper explains the current situation and problems of ZS group's overall management,and analyzes the internal and external environment of ZS group by using PEST and SWOT analysis methods.Then,the choice of strategy of ZS group is expounded.Based on the analysis of the previous chapter,this paper combines the theory of strategic management and the latest domestic and international research achievements with the collected data of ZS group,and makes the strategy of company,function and business,and puts forward the development goal plan and strategic safeguard measures for ZS group in the next five years.By applying the knowledge of strategic management theory in practice,we hope to provide some systematic planning suggestions for the development of state-owned enterprises such as ZS group.At the same time,the actual situation that meets in the course of the research is not in conformity with the theory of the state-owned enterprise,and it can be used as the perfect of the research theory of the strategic management of the state-owned enterprise.
