China's textile and garment industry is a traditional advantageous industry in the national economy.It is one of the industries closely connected with the international market.China has always been the world's largest textile producer and the largest exporter.After the abolition of the global textile trade quota in 2005,China's textile and garment industry entered a stage of free trade,which was conducive to the realization of the maximum advantage of the textile and garment industry.Many domestic and foreign scholars have turned their attention to China's textile industry.This paper takes the incentive system of the new fabric R&D project team of A textile enterprise as the research object.Firstly,based on the collation and review of a large number of related literatures,under the premise of clearly defining relevant concepts,the theory of needs hierarchy,two-factor theory and expectation theory Based on the theory of strengthening theory,the questionnaires are used to obtain the various levels of the R&D team of the new fabric project of A textile enterprise,and to find out the current problems of A company in the project team incentive system.In view of the problems existing in the incentive system of the A company's new fabric project R&D team,using the theories mentioned in the article,the principles and measures for rectifying and perfecting the incentive system are proposed.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,the research objects and methods,research ideas and framework.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and literature review,mainly combing the research on team motivation and project management at home and abroad.The third chapter analyzes the problems existing in the project R&D team of A textile enterprises through the method of empirical research.The content of the fourth chapter is the empirical study of the third chapter,which analyzes the problems that A textile enterprises have in the incentives of the new fabric R&D project team,and has made a distinction.The fifth chapter proposes corresponding suggestions for the problem.The sixth chapter is development and prospects.Through the understanding and analysis of the project management of the R&D team of A textile enterprises,and relying on the concept of team incentives,the ideas and methods of project management are introduced into the incentive system of the R&D team,and the project management is carried out to ensure the product development strategy.The realization of the goal,as well as the improvement of the execution and business level of the enterprise product R&D activities,provide reference and reference for improving the effectiveness of the incentive measures in the project R&D team.
