Research On Financial Management Business Transformation Of P Bank

With “The New Regulation of Assets Management” and “The New Regulation of Financial Management”,the system with financial management business of banks will be broken,especially for those products with the type of proceeds.Moreover,it is the unprecedented challenge for banks under the effect of breaking rigid payment,prohibiting term mismatch,eliminating multiple nesting and so on.Based on the 2018 semi-annual reports of the listed banks,the scale of financial management's products have shrunk,More precisely,the quota of financial management products which come from Bank of China,China Construction Bank have shrunk by 8.4% and 6.6%.On the other hand,for the joint-equity banks,comparing the last year's products quota,China Merchants Bank,China Everbright Bank and China Industrial Bank decrease 4.00%,12.30%,1.99% respectively.For the city commercial banks,such as China Zheshang Bank,China Ningbo Bank's quota of financial management products shrink 10.05% and 7.55%.The delisting of some existing products,reconstruction of products system and establishment of assets management subsidiary companies have been put on the agenda of major Banks.In the face of drastic changes in financial regulatory policies,Banks' wealth management services need to adapt to the development trend and transform positively.To sum up,this paper will be expanded from the following aspects:1.Taking P bank as an example,sorted out the basic situation of P bank's financial services.The analysis points out that there are three major problems in the current business,namely,"unreasonable product structure","product homogenization" and "weakness in non-capital preservation financial products".Combined with the current financial regulatory environment,it can be seen that the state is actively promoting the transformation of wealth management business of Banks.Policy support can not only help Banks solve problems left over from history,but also narrow the gap between Banks and non-bank asset management institutions.Therefore,business transformation is the only way out for P bank.2.Before formulating the transformation strategy,it is necessary to research on the financial services of P bank.With PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method,the financial services of P bank are analyzed in detail from the aspects of macro-economic environment,micro-economic environment and business itself.After fully understanding the business situation,formulate a clear strategy for business transformation,so as to devote resources to business strengths and opportunities.3.Arranged and implemented the transformation of financial services for P bank company from four aspects: building product system,reconstructing sales chain,cultivating talent system and changing management structure.The product system includes self-developed net worth products,consignment products,auxiliary functions of products,and channels for public consignment;Reconstructing the sales chain includes investor education,implementing the concept of asset allocation and implementing the whole process management;Talent system including investment research team,consultant team;Change the management structure is the establishment of financial subsidiaries.4.In order to ensure business transformation,the technological strength,compliance control ability and risk control ability of P bank and P group should be applied to specific businesses to enhance business competitiveness and reduce potential risks.It is hoped that the research in this paper can help P bank to successfully transform its financial services.At the same time,it also provides reference for other financial institutions in the same industry facing business transformation.
