In the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the innovation-driven development strategy was first proposed;in the National Innovation-Driven Development Strategy Outline,the importance of innovation in the development of the country and the development of enterprises was emphasized.effect.Innovation has become an important determinant of whether a company can stand on the forest of the world.Innovation is the source of power for sustainable development of enterprises.Enterprise innovation can be divided into two types: exploration innovation and development innovation according to the initiative of organizational strategy.Interlocking Directorates as an important performance of corporate social capital and the most important inter-enterprise network relationship,the chain director network as an important representation of the corporate executive team.With the gradual rise of directors’ network research,it plays an important role in linking with the strategic decision-making layer in the enterprise.It is important to link the top management of each enterprise in the cross-organizational boundary,which will be important to the behavior of the enterprise.The impact provides a new research direction for the relationship between enterprise innovation performance,especially the impact of enterprise’s dual innovation is a new perspective.This paper takes the chain director network and enterprise dual innovation in2013-2017 as the research object.From the micro perspective,with 1775 listed companies as samples,through the use of the directors’ concurrent data of listed companies to build a network of enterprise chain directors,using the social organization network,Correlation analysis,Tobit panel regression model,negative binomial regression model and systematic GMM regression model,study the mechanism of the chain director network on enterprise dual innovation,and put this impact mechanism on the environmental dynamics of the enterprise Under the background of the background,the network structure characteristics and networkrelationship characteristics of the enterprise chain director network are described in terms of network scale,network structure hole,network centrality and network geographical convergence,in order to obtain more accurate information about the two.The conclusion.Through the database collection and website data crawling to obtain empirical panel data,combined with theoretical analysis and panel regression analysis methods,the hypotheses mentioned in this paper are tested.The empirical results show that the network scale of the chain director network,the richness of the network structure hole,the network centrality and the network regional convergence have a significant relationship with the enterprise’s dual innovation performance.Among them,the network scale is positively related to the enterprise’s exploratory innovation performance.,negatively related to developmental innovation performance;network structural hole is positively related to exploratory innovation performance,negatively related to developmental innovation performance;network centrality is positively correlated with exploratory innovation performance,and significantly negatively correlated with developmental innovation performance;Geographical degree of convergence is significantly negatively correlated with exploratory innovation performance,and positively correlated with developmental innovation performance;environmental dynamics as a regulatory variable,between the network size,geographical convergence characteristics and enterprise exploratory innovation performance of the company’s chain of directors network The relationship has a significant negative adjustment effect,and has a significant positive impact on the relationship between the structural hole richness of the enterprise chain director network and the network centrality and the enterprise’s exploratory innovation performance.At the same time,the research shows that the environmental dynamics to the network structure Hole and network center degree and enterprise development innovation Significant relationship between having a negative effect influence the direction of,and relationship network size,network convergence and regional development of enterprise innovation performance has a significant positive impact effects.Based on the current research conclusions,this paper gives some reference suggestions for the listed companies in China to respond to changes in the external environment in the context of the “new normal” of the economy,in order to pass the scale control of the network of chain directors,network structure optimizationand environmental adaptability.The improvement has further improved the performance of the company’s dual innovation.
