In the era of knowledge economy,innovation is an important driving force for the progress of a nation and a country.The subject of national innovation lies in the enterprise,which is not only the responsibility of an important part of the national econo mic subject,but also the important mission given by today’s society.Employee creative behavior is of great significance to organizational effectiveness and organizational survival.Especially in today’s rapidly changing business environment,employee creative behavior becomes crucial to the organization’s acquisition of competitive advantage.With the rapid development of the times,the rapid updating of science and technology,and the popularization of computers and the Internet,the new generation of employees grow up in an environment full of new things,which is accompanied by more educational resources and curiosity to explore the world.The higher education level of the new generation of employees creates a st rong learning ability for them,and the strong thirst for knowledge makes them strive to explore the unknown.These characteristics of the new generation of employees play very important roles in promoting enterprise innovation.However,the value embodied by the new generation in the practice of enterprise innovation is something else.The attitude of the new generation of employees in creative practice is lax and muddle along,which has become a major problem in enterprise management.Enterprises are eager to stimulate the creative behavior of the new generation of employees in their work through targeted human resources management practice,so as to promote enterprise innovation.At this stage,relevant research has fully demonstrated that employee training is an important factor affecting employees’ perception of membership and measuring their personal commitment.For the new generation of employees as a specific group,whether employee training can make them have a positive psychological state,thus showing creative behavior is the focus of this study.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the impact and mechanism of the new generation of employee’s training on their creative behavior.On the basis of the literature research,this paper puts forward the research model of employee t raining,psychological capital and creative behavior,and adopts the method of questionnaire survey to deeply discuss and analyze the path and influence mechanism in the model through empirical research.With China’s new generation employees as the researc h object,286 valid sample data were collected by questionnaires.On the basis of literature review at home and abroad,empirical research was used to examine the relationship among training,psychological capital,employee creative behavior and perceived organizational support of the new generation of employees by using SPSS 19.0 and other analytical tools.The empirical result shows that:(1)Employee training has a significant positive impact on employees’ creative behavior;(2)Employee training has a significant positive impact on psychological capital and its four sub-dimensions;(3)Psychological capital and its four sub-dimensions have a significant positive impact on employees’ creative behavior;(4)Psychological capital and its four sub-dimensions play an intermediary role in the relationship between employee training and employees’ creative behavior;(5)Perceived organizational support,self-efficacy and hope plays a negative moderating role in the process of psychological capital and its four dimensions affecting employees’ creative behavior.Finally,according to the results of empirical test,the relevant management practices are fully discussed.On this basis,several suggestions on management practices are put forward for enterprises,with a view to providing reference for improving the creative behavior of the new generation of employees in enterprises.
