Research On The Transformation Of Shanty Town In Bincheng District Of Binzhou City

With the rapid economic and social development of our country,the urbanization process has been accelerating.Due to the influence of history,geography and other factors,the contradiction between shantytowns and the new urbanization and urbanization process has become increasingly prominent,seriously constraining the development process of new urbanization and urbanization.The existence of shantytowns also restricts the improvement of people's living standards.Buildings are in disrepair for a long time,illegal construction is gradually increasing,and the ground is uneven and seriously damaged.The drainage of water pipelines is not smooth,garbage is not timely,and property management is not in place.The problems such as parking space being difficult to park make the masses complain and affect the improvement of the people's well-being and happiness index.In addition,the existence of shantytowns,insufficient use of land resources,and relatively low degree of intensive use restrict the vertical development of cities and affect the sustainable development of cities;The general rules and detailed rules of the city are affected,systemic construction is constrained,and the grade and grade of urban construction are not high,and the lack of connotation affects the overall improvement of the urban environment and connotation.In February 2017,after thorough investigation and demonstration,Bincheng District organized a special conference between relevant departments and townships(streets)to arrange the deployment of shantytowns for three years(2017 to 2019)to concentrate on hard work and plan to use it for three years.Completed the expected 109 project reconstruction tasks,a total of 1,8798 households,2,2036 courtyards,construction area of approximately5,888,700 square meters.The work of shelter reform is an important measure to expand development space and stimulate economic development.It is necessary to transform shantytowns into shantytowns for space,efficiency,and tax sources.Through thetransformation of shantytowns,we can effectively integrate existing land resources and free up space for investment promotion and projects.Optimize the urban environment in an all-round way and cultivate new economic growth points;Farewell to the "low" shanty towns,improve living conditions,beautify the living environment,improve the quality of citizens,improve the level of fine urban management,and enhance residents 'satisfaction and sense of acquisition.This paper uses the knowledge of new urbanization theory,stakeholder theory,urban renewal theory and other practical cases,and comprehensively uses literature research methods,case analysis methods,field research methods and other research methods to introduce the research situation of shantytowns at home and abroad.The status quo of shantytown in Bincheng District of Binzhou City and the arrangement of shantytown reform policy are summarized.Secondly,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the case of the transformation of the shanty town of the city's Wuli neighborhood committee,the Beiyi neighborhood committee of the city's middle street,and the Xu Jia neighborhood committee of Binbei street,analyzes the experience and inspiration of its success,and also summarizes the problems existing in the transformation process of the shanty town.Analyze the causes of the problem deeply;Finally,the paper puts forward some measures and methods to solve the problems in the process of shantytown transformation.Through systematic theoretical discussion and empirical research,the research results obtained provide useful reference for the transformation of shantytowns in other areas.
