With the development of Internet information technology,financial reforms have continued to deepen.Most banks have adopted the form of IT service outsourcing to carry out information construction for business management,business processing,product design,and customer service.In this process,due to factors such as imperfect management of banks,professional ethics and technical defects of IT outsourcers,and imperfect market trading mechanisms,banks will face various risks in the process of outsourcing IT projects.Therefore,strengthening the risk management of bank IT project outsourcing is of great significance to improve the stability of the bank’s IT system,optimize the fluency of the business,and enhance the core competitiveness of the bank.This paper mainly takes NS Bank as the research object,and conducts detailed research and analysis on the IT project outsourcing process and current status of NS Bank.Taking the information leakage incident as an example,based on the perspective of the project life cycle theory,the NS Bank IT project is deeply analyzed.Risks at various stages of the outsourcing implementation process.Through research,NS Bank mainly faces decision-making risk and supervision and audit risk in the project decision-making stage.The main reason is the lack of risk management awareness,the lack of long-term strategic goals,and the lack of evaluation of the project.The project planning stage mainly faces the risk of outsourcing companies choosing and The contract risk is mainly due to the fact that NS Bank has not formed a good risk management awareness,lacks the outsourcing company access mechanism,and has no relevant contract standard documents.The project implementation stage mainly faces supervision risks,technical risks and outsourcing factors.The main reasons for the risks are the lack of supervision mechanism,the poor management of outsourcers and the backwardness of technology.The main aspects of project acceptance are the supervision and audit risks.The main reason is the lack of a full-process supervision mechanism and the implementation of institutional documents is not in place.And internal audit is missing.Finally,according to the specific problems of NS Bank IT project outsourcing risk management,based on the theoretical basis of risk management,from the perspective of project life cycle theory,it proposes corresponding improvement suggestions and measures for optimizing NS Bank IT project outsourcing risk management.It can reduce the possibility of NS Bank’s IT project outsourcing risks and enhance its core competitiveness.At the same time,the IT project outsourcing risk management optimization measures proposed in this paper can also provide some reference and reference for other commercial banks. |
