With a variety of information technology projects in their daily work more and moreattention were took, information systems and computer equipment maintenance services as abranch of information technology projects, also more and more have been concerned.Gradually, based on the demands of professional skills, cost control and projectmanagement needs, more and more enterprises gave Information systems or computerequipment Maintenance works to a professional maintenance team to perform maintenance, inwhich taking the form of outsourcing services.The author unit (GDBC Bank) was outsourcing services through projects related tocomputer equipment in the unit. For projects related to the implementation of risk, GDBCbank did the related research. This article is a combination of this issue. Base on China’snational conditions and characteristics, use the methodology of physical-common sense-people management (WSR), study the implementation risk of the GDBC bank’s computerequipment maintenance outsourcing project.This article based on the WSR methodology, researched the project implementation ofWSR outsourcing services, it is divided into7steps.By the method of the literature survey,researched outsourcing services to the implementation of each step in the physical risk factorsthat may arise; got17classes a total of42physical risk factors.This article based on the existence of the physical risk factors of the GDBC bankoutsourcing project implementation, researched the key risk factors through a questionnairesurvey. Statistical results show that there are ten key risk factors for outsourcing services tothe project implementation unit of the author. Which are the leadership of the concept of risk,process analysis risk, staff coordination risk, change management risk, the risk of theunderlying data, human resources risk,project management risk, process improvement risk,information technology strategic risks and management infrastructure risk.This article also based on the key risk factors of the GDBC bank outsourcing servicesproject implementation, used explain structural model to study the relationship of theimplementation of sensible risk factors, established a six-level hierarchical structure. Theresults show that the structure is olive-shaped, in which the risk of process improvement andleadership of the concept of risk at the bottom and the top level, are the most important riskfactors.This article based on the relationship of the risk factors of physical and risk factors and common sense of the GDBC bank outsourcing project, studied the risk of people managementin the specific implementation that may arise. Separate people management factors intopeople and people, people and institutions, people and software, a total of eight of threecategories. By using human reason eigenvalue calculation, it found the responsibility,authority, knowledge and understanding are the major risk factors of people management ofthe outsourcing services affect GDBC Bank.In short, based on the WSR, the oriental system methodology, researched the existenceof physical risk factors, sensible risk factors relations and people manage risk factormanagement of the GDBC bank outsourcing project implementation process. The purpose isto clear the existence of various types of risk of the GDBC bank outsourcing project in theimplementation processing.
