In recent years,to improve domestic economy,almost every country is focus on building stable and strong manufacturing.Among the filed of manufacturing,casting industry is the basement.After reform,China's casting industry had a significant improve,due to the benefit of human resource and introducing foreign technology.Since 2018,the casting products from China has been over 5 billions tons,which makes China become the largest casting manufacturer in recent 18 y ears globally.In nowadays,with the drop of human resource benefit and increase of cost overhead,China's manufacturing is improving slower.In China,large numbers of casting companies are private,suffering from fund shortage,small size and low quality.In 2015,the Project of Made in China 2025 was announced,guiding casting companies to change their position.In 2017,the Plan of Environment Protecting Action in Three Years was published by the state,which set the requirement of environment to every manufacturing company.With the new requirements,casting companies are now facing a great challenge and opportunity.In the supply chain of manufacturing,casting is the first step,producing work blanks for the machining companies.In fact,casting companies are providing a casting service.Without own brand,their products are based on clients' requirement and that makes the price,quality and delivery important.In this essay,based on related theories of supply chain,the relation between quality,cost and brand value will be discussed.To achieve a win-win result,cooperation based on shares between brand owner and producer will be analogized.Moreover,the fare method of sharing brand value between the two partners in supply chain will be listed.
