| The domestic economy has been developing rapidly for many years.In order to improve living standards and optimize the allocation of resources,people spend more time on investing now.Modern investors need to acquire higher professional skills in order to adapt the change of market,which makes them more like investors rather than speculators.The purpose of this paper is to make readers learn more skills.These skills include financial data analysis capability,enterprise valuation capability,which makes investment decision-making keep optimizing.And the interest in the investment market has become more intense.It is also fairly good economic foundation and relatively sound banking regime that make market active.It makes market participants' and business managers' level has been improved,too.The simple data from report can no longer let everyone be satisfied.A company will only succeed if it dose its best.Enterprise's life can be extended by three methods.The ways are improving performance,clear direction of development and making full use of assets.For the purpose of finding out industry ' s development trend,we analyzed the electronic components industry before evaluating the company's value.Enterprises can't separate from the market.Then,we choose the financial data from 2013 to 2017 as the reference to analyse financial ratios of Goertek.These ratios are used to set the scene for the following calculation.The EVA value assessment method not only fully takes into account the debt capital and equity capital,but also restores the authenticity of the accounting statements by adjusting related subjects.Based on the calculation of the historical EVA of Goertek,the future EVA of the enterprise is predicted.At the same time,compare with the results calculated under the P/E ratio method.It is found that the current market value of the enterprise is underestimated,which has potential investment value. |
