Research On The Funding Of Public Institutions From The Perspective Of Project Management

With the development of economy and society,our country has more funds to carry out investment in various fields to further promote the development of national economy.As the backbone of promoting national progress,public institutions have been given more financial support in order to make it have certain conditions to carry out projects.With the increase of the state's overall support for public institutions' project funds,project funds management has been paid more and more attention,and project funds management has become the focus of research.Taking A institution as an example,this paper introduces the relevant background,purpose,significance and research methods,and expounds the relevant theories and literature,which provides theoretical and literature support for this study.Then it analyzes the A institution and finds that there are some problems in its project fund management,which are embodied in the imperfect system,unscientific revenue and expenditure,and the lack of strict internal control and supervision.After analyzing the macro-and micro-environment,including the social background such as the continuous increase of funds input,the extensive sources of funds,and the trend of standardization of funds management,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the project funds management of public institutions from the perspective of project management,including perfecting the project funds management system of public institutions and perfecting its system.The management of project funds should be strengthened,and the management and supervision mechanism of project funds should be strengthened.Through the above research,it can enrich the relevant research of project fund management in institutions,has certain theoretical significance,and also provides a reference for institutions to conduct more scientific and standardized project fund management,which has a certain practical significance.
