A Research On Evaluation And Selection Of Third Party Logistics Suppliers Of F Company

With the deepening reform of China's economic system,the development of economic globalization and logistics industry has become a particularly important economic component of contemporary services.It will flourish in China and become an important industry and new growth point of China's national economy.In order to improve the efficiency of logistics operation and reduce logistics costs,most demand-oriented enterprises choose to outsource their logistics business to third-party logistics companies.This dissertation is mainly based on the level of F Company to study the related issues of third-party logistics,mainly the evaluation and selection of suppliers.Firstly,the paper lists the relevant research status at home and abroad,and then briefly elaborates the definition and characteristics of third-party logistics,according to the correlation between enterprises and logistics.Whether the bank chooses logistics business needs outsourcing or not,and makes a concrete analysis of these choices.Secondly,it describes the general situation and logistics status of F company,and extracts the problems related to logistics management of F company.Finally,through the establishment of logistics supplier evaluation index system and the establishment of third-party logistics supplier selection model,combined with the scoring method of primary selection and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)selection,this paper solves the problem of F company's evaluation and selection of third-party logistics suppliers in the form of case application,and finally through the analysis of existing evaluation methods.Choose suitable third party logistics suppliers.Therefore,scientific selection of third-party logistics suppliers is an important problem to be solved urgently.
