C. Research On Network Operation Risk Management Of Communication Operators

Driven by the wave of information in the global society,mobile communication technology is developing and progressing at a high speed nowadays.However,due to the price war,the rapid updating of technology and the control of talent and technology risk,the competition in the telecommunication industry is very fierce.It is more and more difficult to attract and maintain customers,the cost is higher and higher,and the risk is greater and greater.Based on this,this paper,on the basis of risk management theory,through the comparative analysis of risk management with foreign operators,from the perspective of project management,gives the method and identification process of risk management for domestic telecom operator C.Then,the system establishes the risk evaluation index system of the network operation project of the telecommunication company,and applies the analytic hierarchy process to the risk evaluation of the project on this basis.By calculating the weight of the risk index,the comprehensive analysis and evaluation are carried out,and the main factors affecting the risk of the network operation project of the telecommunication company are compared,such as: Macroscopic risks such as industrial network security risks and policies,as well as micro risks such as market development in operation,selection of technical standards and network construction,integration of industrial value chain,talent planning,technology compatibility,etc.Finally,the article puts forward corresponding risk warning and precautionary suggestions accordingly.Among them,the innovation of the article lies in that the countermeasure part studies the risk management of network operation project of communication company according to the idea of project management.Every link of project management carries out risk management,instead of studying project risk management separately,which enhances the network operation of operators of C communication company.The ability to control risks is of great theoretical and practical significance.
