As the domestic capital market and financial industry flourishes,various kinds of funds have been set up and invested actively.With the help of capital investment,emerging industries related to people's livelihood such as healthcare,high-tech and consumption have been developing vigorously.The fund industry has received widespread attention,in particular the rise of private equity investment funds of insurance capital in recent years.Owing to the characteristics and advantages of insurance capital,as well as the success of the large capital management model of insurance capital and investment in the international capital market,the private equity investment fund of insurance capital has become a remarkable object in the capital market.It is precisely because of the emerging private equity investment fund of insurance capital that the research on its development strategy and management has been relatively weak.In the period of rapid development and transformation,the most important resource of private equity fund is its elite core investment personnel.To date,there has been no study on the incentives of the core investment personnel of private equity funds.Therefore,combined with the industry background,industry characteristics,development stage and strategic objectives of private equity investment fund companies of insurance capital in the financial industry of capital market the paper conducts an analysis of the significance and current situation of incentives for core investment personnel.In view of the existing incentive problems,the paper explores and designs the incentive management methods in coordination with the case enterprise strategy based on the characteristics of the private equity investment industry,he incentive management method focuses on the incentive research of the core investment personnel of the fund industry and case fund companies.Meanwhile,by means of the scientific tools such as human capital,demand level and two-factor theory,the incentives are divided into short-term,medium-term and long-term incentive combinations.Coupled with the incentive constraints and incentive implementation plan,it strives to provide strategic and overall incentives for core investment personnel,and provides feasible incentive strategies for case fund companies.In addition,it also provides the value and significance of model reference for similar enterprises of private equity investment fund of insurance capital.Among the short-and long-term incentive and restraint measures for the core investment personnel of the private equity fund of insurance capital,the incentive and restraint measures involving the industry generality of private equity investment fund and the personality of insurance capital include the market segmentation criterion of basic salary in short-term incentive,the innovation of insurance enterprise welfare system,the distribution logic review of industry bonus in medium-term incentive and its bonus pool management A set of short-and long-term incentive and constraint combination is summarized.Through the research and analysis of incentives for industry,market and case enterprises,the necessity of the coexistence of incentives and strategic coordination incentive combination and incentive constraint is demonstrated while designing the incentive plan for core investors,which also provides direction and basis for incentive plan and evaluation.
