China construction C bureau X branch is a comprehensive construction enterprises.The enterprise has the labor intensive,the intelligence intensive and the capital intensive characteristic.The existing compensation system is too simple to meet the needs of management.The design of the overall compensation system is extremely urgent.This article to build C X branch bureau pay system as the research object,analyzes the compensation system present situation and the existing problems,and through relevant hr professional knowledge to design and perfect a set of overall compensation system,improve the efficiency of human resource management,mining potential employees,improve staff a sense of belonging and happiness index,the enhancement enterprise cohesion,also provide cohesion for construction.It provides a reference for the salary system reform of other similar enterprises and plays a good learning role.Through the research of this paper,it is found that CBB X branch has long neglected the importance of human resource management,resulting in the mismatch between compensation strategy and enterprise development strategy,imperfect incentive mechanism,unreasonable compensation structure,imperfect welfare system and other problems.To be specific,the problems existing in the current salary system of employees of C bureau X branch of China construction engineering corporation are mainly reflected in six aspects: 1.Low salary of employees,lack of external competitiveness,and unfair internal conditions;2.2.Rigid welfare programs are out of line with employees' needs;Iii.Fixed and single forms of subsidies and subsidies;4.Narrow promotion channels hinder employee development;5.Ignoring employees' psychological income;The compensation strategy does not match the company's development strategy.In view of this,this paper presents a zhongjian bureau C X branch overall compensation system design,based on the analysis of the basic idea of overall compensation,build zhongjian bureau C X branch implement overall compensation system overall frame,designed the building C X branch bureau overall compensation system,the content including perfecting basic compensation,variable compensation,employee benefits and allowances,subsidies,compensation of flexible form four aspects.
