With the advent of the Internet era,the rise of e-commerce has brought a strong impact on the traditional marketing methods of the retail industry,especially in the small and medium sized supermarkets.Under the multiple influence of the macroeconomic transformation,the new business mode and the superposition of the Internet business enterprises,the sales growth space of the traditional retail industry is greatly reduced,and it is facing the urgent situation of "the cold winter has reached".In the Internet era,how to accurately follow the market rules,effectively respond to the impact of e-commerce and keep survive and develop in the market,is imperative for small and medium-sized supermarket enterprises.In this paper,X supermarket is the most representative medium and small supermarket as the research object.From the perspective of the strategic theory of enterprise development,based on PEST,five force mode,SWOT and other analysis methods and the competition environment and the internal and external environment of the X supermarket are analyzed.According to the analysis and research results,the strategic orientation and strategic objectives of the X supermarket in the Internet era are put forward.The strategic choice combined by the offensive strategy and the defensive strategy is the development strategy of the enterprise,and the relevant safeguard measures are implemented to help the enterprises to avoid the short and develop the potential.At the same time,this paper takes X supermarket as an example to study the integration of traditional medium and small supermarket industry under the background of Internet,promote the transformation and upgrade of traditional supermarket industry service level,explore the transformation and upgrading of this type of enterprise and the way to break through,and adjust it for the same kind of enterprise.The research of development strategy can provides reference and significance to the other same type enterprise in a certain extent.
