Research On The Relationship Between Knowledge Synergy In Technology Standard Alliance And Benefits Of Standards Implementation

With the continuous advancement of economic globalization,standards,as a tool of technology and system,play an increasingly significant role in the global market competition.If enterprises can take the lead in setting standards,they will be able to grasp the initiative in the competition.However,the increasing complexity of technology and the acceleration of update speed make it difficult for a single enterprise to achieve the success of standard competition by its own strength.The alliance(group)standards formulated by the technology standard alliance have greatly shortened the time for technology and products to enter the market,quickened the speed of occupying the market,and helped to form the diffusion effect of technology and create higher market demand,which has become an important way for enterprises to participate in the competition of technical standards.As an open innovation organization,the degree of knowledge synergy among its members has an important impact on the innovation performance.Standard formulation and marketization are the foundation of technology standard alliance.Standard implementation benefit is an extremely important evaluation index of technology standard alliance.Therefore,the knowledge synergy of the technology standard alliance will promote the standard implementation performance.It is of great significance to further promote the development of technology standard alliance to scientifically analyze the impact of knowledge synergy on the benefit of standards implementation.On the basis of reviewing the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of technology standard alliance,this paper focuses on solving the problem of "the relationship between knowledge synergy in technology standard alliance and the benefit of standard implementation".Based on the theories of cooperative competition,knowledge management and synergetics,this paper uses the methods of literature research,enterprise interviews and empirical research toanalyze "the mechanism of knowledge synergy process in technology standard alliance" and "the influence path of knowledge synergy in technology standard alliance and benefits of standards ".According to the participation degree of government in standardization activities of technology standard alliance,the technology standard alliance is divided into "government-led","market-led" and "semi-market-semi-government".By using the method of multi-case study and comparative analysis,this paper explores the characteristics of knowledge synergy within different types of technology standard alliances.It provides the basis for the development of knowledge synergy in the technology standards alliance,provides suggestions for the better implementation of the group standards,and actively promotes the development of the technology standard alliance and the group standards.
