With the development of economic globalization and information globalization, each country has become a common competition, and competition has become more transparent and fierce.Trade between countries constitutes a huge global supply chain system.Competitors facing enterprises now or in the future will no longer be restricted by regions and countries, and will be exposed to the entire global supply chain system, accepting challenges from all companies of the world.Although the concept of supply chain has been proposed early in China, there are also many studies, but the application in corporate practice is not ideal. The supply chain focuses on process optimization and resource integration, integrates tax planning of enterprises into supply chain management, and utilizes information shared in real time by the supply chain.Compared with traditional tax planning, the tax planning scheme issued by this way has advantages of multiple links, multiple taxes and the whole process. This article takes Y Company as the research object and conducts tax planning for Y Company based on supply chain information sharing. After analysis and research,I obtained the information of Y Company's operation status and supply chain management, and got the shortcomings of supply chain management and tax planning under the current operation of Y Company.By optimizing Y's current supply chain, tax planning can be integrated into the whole process of supply chain management, and timely information can be obtained from the supply chain to solve the problems existing in Y's current tax planning, and ultimately achieve the best tax burden. The goal of maximizing the company's overall value.
