Research On The Evolution And Optimization Of The Spatial Structure Of Henan Province

Regional spatial structure has always been a hot issue in human geography,and regional spatial structure networking is the ultimate goal of regional development.In order to maximize the overall benefit of the region,it is necessary to intervene and guide the evolution of spatial structure purposefully and consciously,optimize the elements of spatial structure and promote the development of regional integration on the basis of clarifying the characteristics of regional spatial structure and its evolutionary law,according to the needs of social and economic development.In recent years,Henan Province,as one of the important provinces under the guidance and cultivation of the state,is a representative province in the central region.Henan Province plays an important role in the long-term development strategy implemented by the state,and its spatial structure has its particularity.This paper studies Henan Province from the perspective of spatial structure,which is of great strategic significance to enhance the competitiveness of Henan Province and implement the strategy of the rise of the central region.From the point of view of economic geography,this paper systematically diagnoses the spatial structure of Henan Province by combining quantitative and qualitative methods,analyses its characteristics and causes of formation,and puts forward the direction of optimization of the spatial structure of Henan Province according to the characteristics of the present situation.From the three angles of node city scale,axle traffic scale and spatial interaction,six time nodes are selected to analyze the basic characteristics and evolution trend of regional spatial structure in Henan Province since 1990,taking prefecture-level cities as research units.The results show that:in the scale of urban nodes,high-ranking cities in Henan Province appear,but the monopoly is not strong,the middle-ranking cities develop rapidly,the low-ranking cities decrease year by year and the scale is low,and the city scale develops towards multi-center direction.Using traffie data to study the eharacteristics of axis development,it is found that the accessibility level in Henan Province has been significantly improved,the accessibility circle structure is obvious,the situation of accessibility axis interconnection and interoperability is taking shape,and the regional differences of accessibility are very obvious.On this basis,the spatial connection intensity and its changing process and law among cities in Henan Province are studied.It is found that Henan Province has been in the transitional period from the early significant point axis development period to the center-periphery structure.Henan’s central cities are closely related to each other in space,and have formed a network structure showing a "diamond" pattern,which is obviously different from the peripheral cities.The regional spatial structure shows dense central connection and sparse peripheral connection.
