Human resource has becone the most important strategic resource under the circumstance of market economic,and the most important work of enterprise management is human resource management.Along with the development of economic globalization,the competence among enterprises becomes more and more fierce.Meanwhile,the competence among enterprises has diverted form capital and resource to human resource.The enterprise that mastered the human resource can grasp the absolute power in market competence.As the important complementation of economic contract.psychological contract is crucial to human resource managelent,and the formulation of correct psychological contract is important to the enterprise's survival.This paper firstly summarizes the theory of employ psychological contract and work performance.On this basis,this paper investigates the actuality of employ psychological contract and work performance of Shandong Huabang Construction Group with the methods of questionnaire investigation,on-the-spot investigation and typical case.Then,we recognize the different dimensions of employee psychological contract and work performance use the software of SPSS,and enpirically explore the relationships between them.In the end,we put forward relevant suggestions to improve employee psychological contract and work performance.Through empirical analysis of employee psychological contract and work performance of Shandong Huabang Construction Group,this paper finds that:(1)transactional psychological contract can promote work efficiency significantly(?=0.1 78,p=0.028<0.05),relational psychological contract can promote work efficiency significantly(p=0.320,p<0.001),developmental psychological contract can promote work efficiency significantly(p=0.196,p<0.05);(2)both transactional psychological contract and development psychological contract can promote work quality significantly(?=0.237,p=0.020<0.05;p=0.242,p<0.05);(3)relational psychological contract has no significant effect on work quality(?=0.001.p>0.1).On this basis,this paper proposes relevant recommendations.
