Study On The Impact Of Land Contract Management Right Confirmation On Farmers’ Land Transfer Behavior

Land confirmation can actively promote the transfer of farmer’s land.At present,the work of rural land confirmation in the whole country has been completed.However,farmers’ understanding of land confirmation is not high,so that land confirmation does not obviously accelerate the transfer of rural land.On the basis of systematically sorting out and summarizing the existing literature on land right confirmation and the current situation of land transfer,this study studies the influencing factors of land right confirmation on farmers’ land transfer behavior in Pengze County,Jiangxi Province,clarifies the influencing mechanism of land right confirmation on land transfer,and provides County experience with practical significance for promoting the large-scale management of land.It is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the purpose and significance of the study,the related research status and comments,the research content,methods and technical routes,etc.The second part is the theoretical basis and analytical framework,mainly including the definition of the related concepts of land confirmation and land circulation,and the induction of relevant theories such as farmers’ behavior theory and property rights theory,so as to construct land confirmation for farmers.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of farmer’s land transfer in Pengze County,Jiangxi Province,introducing the sources of data,and using descriptive analysis method to explore the current situation of farmer’s land transfer in Pengze County,Jiangxi Province.The fourth part is the impact analysis of land confirmation on farmers’ land transfer behavior.By constructing the Probit model,the impact of land confirmation on farmers’ land transfer behavior is analyzed.The fifth part is the conclusion and policy recommendations.According to the conclusions of the study,we put forward effective and targeted policy recommendations.Finally,the following conclusions are reached:(1)Although Pengze County has completed the confirmation of land rights in an all-round way,farmers’ understanding of the confirmation of land contractual management rights is insufficient.In terms of farmer’s land transfer,the rate of farmer’s land transfer in Pengze County is 52%.There are still 48% of farmer’s land without any transfer,and the phenomenon of abandonment is still quite serious.(2)Farmers’ understanding of land ownership has a positive impact on farmers’ land transfer.In addition,the individual characteristics,family characteristics and regional characteristics of peasant households also have different degrees of impact on the land transfer of peasant households.(3)The bottleneck of land circulation in Pengze County is that farmers do not know enough about the confirmation of land management right.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen farmers’ understanding of the confirmation of land management right.
