Study On The Spatial Pattern And Influence Mechanism Of Poverty In West Anhui

Poverty is one of the most serious challenges facing humanity.How to promote global poverty reduction and achieve the Millennium Development Goals is a common task facing the international community.The study of space poverty in West Anhui can not only deepen the understanding of geo-capital and space poverty trap,but also have important practical value for building a harmonious society and realizing the common prosperity of socialism.Taking the space poverty and geographic capital as the starting point,the article uses SPSS,ArcGis,GeoDa and other software to select the socio-economic statistics of 2001-2017 to study the poverty characteristics of West Anhui.Using the poor location entropy to measure poverty agglomeration degree at county scale in West Anhui.Using the coefficient of variation,global and local spatial autocorrelation to test the mapping of poverty maps and the existence and evolution of poverty traps at township scale in West Anhui.Through OLS regression,spatial lag,error model and geographic weighted regression,the quantitative analysis method is used to explore the dominant influencing factors of regional poverty formation,and then analyze its impact mechanism.The main findings are as follows:Firstly,according to the poverty map drawn,it is found that the poverty level of Jinzhai,Huoshan and Shucheng counties in the south is deeper in the three poverty maps,and the poverty map based on regional development level and poverty incidence rate is more prominent.For the northern part of West Anhui,the poverty range and poverty level based on individual welfare levels are more profound.From the junction of the four central counties(districts)to the northeastern region,poverty accumulation has begun to appear,and poverty showed a continuous development trend.For the Qiuqiu County and Jin'an District,the poverty-stricken areas based on the archived Lika Poor Population showed an expanding trend in 2017.Secondly,from the overall difference of poverty in West Anhui,the overalldifference based on individual welfare levels is gradually reduced,the overall difference based on the establishment of the disabled card and the comprehensive development level of the region is gradually expanding.From the overall spatial evolution pattern,the results of the three sets of data indicate that there is a significant spatial positive correlation between the poverty levels in West Anhui.That is,towns with similar income,regional development level and poverty incidence tend to be spatially agglomerated,indicating the existence of space poverty trap.From the perspective of local spatial evolution pattern,the poverty space presents obvious characteristics of high and low agglomeration.Spatial poverty traps based on individual welfare level measurement are mainly located in the central,northeast and southeast of West Anhui.Spatial poverty traps based on the comprehensive level of regional development and the establishment of the disabled card are mainly located in the southern part of West Anhui.Thirdly,in view of the influencing factors of spatial poverty in West Anhui,on the non-spatial scale,using Person-related and OLS regression model and concluded that topography,transportation,industrial development level,income level of secondary,tertiary industries,population,medical treatment,social security,living environment are the main factors leading to poverty in West Anhui.On the spatial scale,using spatial lag,spatial error and geographically weighted regression model,the natural environment has the greatest impact on the northeast,southeast and southwest of West Anhui.The economic environment has the greatest impact on the northeastern,southeastern and southwestern parts of West Anhui.The influence of social environment on the towns in West Anhui is different.The southwestern and southeastern regions are strongly influenced by population factors.The southeastern and northern regions are more affected by medical and environmental factors,and the southwestern and southern regions are affected by social security,living conditions.Fourthly,aiming at the existing poverty alleviation measures and existing problems in West Anhui,combined with the actual situation,establish macro-regional coordination mechanisms for poverty alleviation,such as ecological engineering construction guarantee,infrastructure promotion,equalization of public services,regional coordination and promotion,as well as precise poverty alleviation mechanisms for various micro-subjects,such as rural tourism promotion,poverty alleviation by science and technology industry,human resources development and social pairing assistance.In order to provide a realistic basis for improving the poverty alleviation effect in West Anhui.
