Investigation And Estimate On The Status Of Rice Processing Loss In Hubei Province

The rice processing industry is an industry which is related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood and the health of the national diet.It has high correlation with many other industries and has great influence.Since the beginning of the new century,China’s economy has been developing rapidly.The rice processing industry has also expanded rapidly under such circumstances.The production capacity has reached an unprecedented level.In 2017,the output of rice in China has reached 2.08 billion tons,showing a continuous growth trend.However,with the steady economic growth,the rapid expansion of rice processing in the process of some malpractices gradually emerged.According to incomplete statistics,the loss of grain produced by the processing of rice in China is tens of millions of tons or even higher every year.The rice processing enterprises of the low rate of machinery not only reduced the grain yield,but also significantly reduce the nutritional content of food,seriously affecting people’s Chinese healthy diet,rice processing in the process of sifting,stone,husking,husk separation,rice grading,polishing,color selection,product classification,packaging and other magnetic loss the problem has become increasingly prominent.Hubei Province as a major grain producing province,rice production province,the annual grain output ranked the forefront of the country,rice processing industry GDP ranked second in the country,has a good foundation and conditions of rice processing industry.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study grain loss in rice processing industry of Hubei Province,and it has a very important reference value for solving the loss of rice processing industry nationwide.This paper mainly investigates and estimates the current situation of the loss of rice processing industry in Hubei Province,analyzes the reasons for the loss,and puts forward some suggestions for grain loss reduction according to the actual situation.First of all,investigation and research,master the first-hand information.Questionnaire survey and discussion by the rice processing enterprises of Hubei province of Hubei Province,understand the rice processing enterprises operating conditions,production capacity,processing mode,the development prospects of the staff;deep Grain Bureau of rice processing enterprises in talk,understand the loss situation of local rice processing and adverse effects.Secondly,statistical induction is used to calculate the degree of loss.According to the commonly used measurement standard in the world,we use the statistical data to calculate the loss rate,and make a preliminary judgement on the loss.Then we use the model analysis to calculate the extent of the loss.Finally,the reasons are analyzed and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.In this paper,the main reasons for the loss of rice processing industry in Hubei province are summarized and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Research findings show that:(1)Hubei province rice suffered serious losses and huge loss of nutrients;(2)the problem of grain loss in Hubei province rice processing process is caused by the consumption concept,corporate philosophy,government management,postpartum processing a number of factors;(3)rice and process flow,process equipment facilities,occupation accomplishment,misunderstanding,drying methods have great influence on the loss of grain;(4)through scientific propaganda,raise awareness,improve process and enhance the equipment,strengthen training,good access and other comprehensive measures to effectively Jieliang impairment,ensure food security.
