As China's economy has gradually changed from high-speed development to medium-high-speed development,the traditional trend of relying on heavy industry as a driving force has weakened,and innovation has become a new engine for the sustainable development of the national economy.As the basic component of the enterprise,the team's innovative improvement is an important foundation and source of enterprise innovation.As a key bridge between the enterprise level and the individual level,the role of the team manager in the innovation scenario has not been fully analyzed.The article collected 183 valid questionnaires by questionnaires.Under environmental dynamics,it organized the existing literature on team managers and team innovation.The empirical research is divided into two parts: first,the personality characteristics of team managers have an impact on team innovation;Second,based on environmental dynamics,environmental dynamics adjusts the team's innovation between the five dimensions of team manager's personality traits and team innovation.In this paper,Cronbach's?and confirmatory factor analyses are used to test the reliability and validity of the data.The verification results are great,indicating that the data has good reliability and validity.The empirical analysis using correlation analysis and regression analysis leads to the following conclusions: first,the personality traits of team managers have a significant impact on the innovative part of the team.Among them,due conscientiousness,agreeableness,openness and extroversion have significant influence on team innovation.Second,environmental dynamics play a partial adjustment between management's personality and the team's innovation,which has a significant regulatory effect on the team manager's agreeableness,extroversion and openness personality traits.The conclusions of the study have certain theoretical significance for understanding and enriching team innovation.It has good practical significance in enterprise practice and provides good guidance for the selection,appointment and cultivation of enterprise team managers.
