Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneur's Tacit Knowledge Transfer And Family Business Inheritance Performance

After years of development,China's private enterprises have gradually become an important driving force for economic and social development,while family businesses account for more than 80% of private enterprises.With the prosperity of Chinese family businesses,most family businesses will soon face the important stage that passing the family business to the next generation after they have grown strengthen.Our family business must face difficulties at a critical moment in the face of serious problems of inheritance.The success of family business inheritance is related to whether the company can continue to develop.Research on the inheritance of family businesses is popular among relevant experts and entrepreneurs.In the family business,the entrepreneurial tacit knowledge is the important competitiveness.Successive entrepreneurs can absorb the tacit knowledge of their parents and use them flexibly to promote the successful inheritance of family businesses.At the same time,the quality of the relationship between the two generations of entrepreneurs affects whether the heirs can effectively acquire the tacit knowledge.Therefore,whether the two generations of entrepreneurs can maintain a good relationship quality,whether the incumbent entrepreneur can successfully transfer its tacit knowledge capital to the successor,and the successor's ability to accept tacit knowledge will be closely related to the success of the family business.This paper takes Chinese private family enterprises as an example,focusing on the impact of the transfer of tacit knowledge of entrepreneurs to successors on the performance of corporate inheritance,Trying to understand the intrinsic effect of the intergenerational transfer of tacit knowledge on the inheritance performance of family business through the mediator of the quality of entrepreneurial relationship.Based on the existing literature,this study proposes a hypothesis and theoretical framework.The empirical research is carried out in the form of questionnaires.The influence of the transfer of entrepreneurial tacit knowledge on the inheritance performance of family business and the mediating effect of the quality of the relationship between the two generations of entrepreneurs are discussed.This study used SPSS19.0 to perform statistical analysis on the data collected from the questionnaire,validating the research model and hypothesis,and the results are as follows:(1)transfer of tacit knowledge is significantly positively correlated with the objective performance of enterprise inheritance.The tacit knowledge commitment is significantly positively correlated with the subjective performance of the enterprise.(2)transfer of tacit knowledge is significantly positively correlated with the quality of two-generation entrepreneurial relationship.(3)The quality of two-generation entrepreneurial relationship is significantly positively correlated with the inheritance performance of family business.(4)The relationship between the intergenerational transfer of subordinate entrepreneurs' silent knowledge and the inheritance performance of two generations of entrepreneurial relationship quality.two-generation entrepreneurial relationship Partial intermediary the relationship between entrepreneurial tacit knowledge transfer and inheritance performance.Through the conclusions drawn from this study,hope to play a reference role in the success of the family business in China.
