Network occupies an important position in people's lives.Enterprises' development of e-commerce can not only bring their brand into the public's vision in the virtual network market,but also occupy the network market,open up network sales channels,attract more consumers and expand the market.On the one hand,the operation of online marketing channels has brought enterprises the temptation to open up new markets.On the other hand,it has also formed competition conflicts with traditional marketing channels.The conflict and balance of two channels and the inventory ordering strategy of enterprises in the supply chain are two hot spots in many problems that can not be ignored when enterprises open up network channels.This paper focuses on the product inventory strategy of enterprises located in the same supply chain.Taking the current situation of inventory control in the supply chain of G Company as the main body,it expounds four modes of inventory control in supply chain enterprises: decentralized inventory control,retailer inventory control,manufacturer centralized inventory control and supply chain integrated inventory control,and constructs these four modes of inventory control.The mathematical model of optimal inventory quantity and maximum profit of each main body in the supply chain takes unit inventory holding cost,shared profit coefficient and online market share as variables,observes the trend change of each main body in the four modes under the optimal inventory quantity and maximum profit,and then compares the optimal inventory strategy of the products.This paper mainly studies the following aspects.(1)When analyzing the current situation of G company's supply chain inventory,this paper first expounds G company's new retail operation mode,supply chain operation,balance between channels and inventory status,and then analyses G company's problems in two aspects of dual-channel supply chain and inventory.(2)The problem of high inventory in G company further confirms the importance of the research topic.Based on the four control modes of supply chain inventory,the mathematical model of each node enterprise in G company's supply chain is established.Three variables in the model are taken as independent variables: unit inventory holding cost,shared profitcoefficient and online market share,and different inventory strategies are observed.The change of inventory and profit maximization of each node enterprise in supply chain.(3)In order to prove the actual value of the model,analyze the nature of the model,make assumptions about the key conditions of the model,and further analyze the setting of parameters in the model to demonstrate its accuracy,which provides a theoretical basis for the practicability and referential value of the mathematical model.(4)Four strategies of inventory control in supply chain are compared and analyzed,so as to make the best choice,draw conclusions and analyze the shortcomings in the research process.
