Optimization And Application Of Procurement Management Scheme For Military Trade Projects Of CH Company

With the deepening of The Belt and Road initiative of China,as an embodiment of the national policy and an important driving force of The Belt and Road initiative,military trade is gradually becoming an important tool for the expansion of the country's overall security and strategic interests.And it is also an important way for the construction of aviation weapons and equipment and for military forces to go out.Meanwhile,it also feeds the construction and development of domestic aviation equipment and promotes the development of domestic aviation equipment technology.Procurement is the most important link in military trade projects because the scientific and advanced level of procurement management determines the success and development of military trade projects.In general,procurement activities in the context of supply chain mainly include: development and selection of qualified suppliers,supplier evaluation and management,purchase of raw materials and services,procurement coordination,etc.Doing a good job in procurement management can not only reduce the cost of enterprises,but also play an important role in improving product quality,service level,ensuring delivery time,expanding business and other aspects.The traditional procurement relationship has been unable to meet the needs of modern management and enterprise development.The procurement management work under the supply chain has evolved from the original and traditional simple work of replenishing inventory to not only meet the current orders,but also accurately predict the customer needs and make procurement decisions as far as possible in line with the expectations.On the other hand,procurement management under the supply chain has also evolved from a simple supply-demand relationship to a third-party supply chain resource management,and from a tactical supply-demand relationship to a strategic partnership.In this context,starting from the idea of supply chain management mode and combining with the characteristics of aviation military trade project,this paper takes the procurement management of tools and equipments of CH company as an example to illustrate the problems and deficiencies encountered in the procurement process.Based on the combination of theoretical research and work practice,this paper analyzes the reasons and proposes following solutions and suggestions for optimizing the procurement management of military trade projects: First,optimize the procurement management process;Second,optimize the procurement management system;Third,optimize supplier management.This paper hopes to achieve the purpose of optimizing procurement process,saving procurement cost,strengthening strategic cooperation with suppliers,more standardized information and data management through the above schemes and so on.And it expects to provide certain reference ideas for the optimization and development of procurement management under the background of China's military trade projects.
