Research On Development Strategy Of Aerospace Logistics Enterprises

Aerospace logistics enterprises are indispensable,basic and service-oriented enterprises for the logistics support of China's aerospace industry.Under the background of the current changes in the internal environment of the aerospace system,it is worth considering where the aerospace logistics enterprises will go.In view of the distinct characteristics of the aerospace logistics industry,especially the combination of the confidentiality of the model tasks of logistics support and the internal and external characteristics of the market competitiveness of logistics support,how to realize the coordinated development of the two,how to achieve a high degree of unity between the internal support and the external opening of the market for aerospace models,how to provide life support for aerospace workers,and how to maximize the value of enterprises,It is an important subject worthy of further study.Taking Aerospace World Company as the research object,this paper firstly analyzed the development process of the company,and analyzed the development status and existing problems of the company.On this basis,it used SWOT analysis to analyze the external environment and internal resources of the company,and formulated the development strategy of the company based on the SWOT analysis results.Finally,it put forward the implementation countermeasures and suggestions of the strategy.
