Retail continuous production and consumption,as the main body of trade and cir culation industry,its importance in the national economy is self-evident.In the interne t era,the traditional retail trade is impacted by the rolling of e-commerce,the market environment is subverted,the industry is undergoing significant and far-reaching cha nges,which has attracted the attention of academia and the business community.Orga nizational justice is the the perception of an individual or group on the fairness about rules and regulations of the formulation and implementation within the organization.The level of fairness within the organization felt can significantl y affect their attitude and behavior.For the retail industry,employees and consumers c lose contact,direct contact with the key links of product quality and consumer satisfac tion,grasp first-hand market information,and is an important part of enterprise innovation.Employee voice behavior,as an important organizational citizenship beha vior,is the main way of enterprise innovation development.So organizations hope that each employee can actively participate in the business activities and provide continuous improvement advice and advice.What are the factors that affect the organization of employee voice behavior?Therefore,based on the theory of social exchange and social identity,this study uses the form of questionnaire,the results variables of the voice behavior of retail staf f,and explains the influence mechanism of fairness on employee voice behavior based on Chinese cultural context,and identifies the moderating role between organizationa l identification and employee voice behavior.Specifically,this paper draws the follow ing conclusions:(1)The dimensions of organizational justice positively correlate empl oyee voice behavior.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between organizati onal justice and its dimensions and organizational identity;There is a significant positiv e correlation to employee voice behavior.(3)Organizational identification has som e mediating effect between organizational justice and employee voice behavior.(4)Th e relationship between organizational identification and employee voice is regulated by the golden mean thinking.Overall,this study uses the retail staff as the research object,analyzes the relati onship between organizational justice,organizational identification,the golden mean and employee voice behavior,and integrates these four variables into a model and verifies the relationship between the two variables,has important theoretical value;At the same time,from the perspective of traditional cultural values,the voice behavio r of employees in the organization based on Chinese cultural background,has importa nt localization research significance,and for the management decision of Chinese ente rprises.
