Research On The Development Path Of Tourist Small Towns In Qinghai Province

At the fourteenth plenary session of the thirteenth session of Qinghai Province,the development strategy of "one excellent,two high" was clearly put forward,that is,based on the priority of ecological protection,promoting high-quality development and creating high-quality life.Tourism is people's pursuit of high quality life after the improvement of material living standards.In recent years,based on the background of Qinghai's ecological provincial establishment and global tourism,Qinghai's tourism industry has ushered in the spring of development.At present,it has gradually taken steps towards high-quality development.Small towns are not only the guarantee and carrier of high-quality tourism development,but also the focus of promoting urbanization development.Therefore,the construction and development of small tourism towns is not only the main theme of the new urbanization construction,but also in line with the actual economic and social development of Qinghai Province.It is one of the specific measures to solve the contradiction between the growing demand for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development of Qinghai Province.Tourism towns are small towns that rely on tourism resources,take tourism industry as the leading industry,take development or tourism services as the main function,and tourism economy is increasing in GDP.The development of small tourism towns can not only promote the development of related industries in towns and surrounding areas,improve the income level of all residents,increase local economic benefits and improve local ecological and economic conditions,but also make rural population and economic activities concentrate in cities and towns continuously,thus improving the level of urbanization.The construction and development of small tourism towns is not only the inheritance and protection of history and culture,but also the way to realize the coordinated development of local ecology,economy,culture and society.Therefore,this paper takes the small tourism towns in Qinghai Province as the research object,on the basis of defining the relevant theoretical basis of small tourismtowns,uses SWOT analysis method to analyze comprehensively the advantages,disadvantages,threats and opportunities of the development of small tourism towns in Qinghai Province.The study finds that small tourism towns in Qinghai Province have the advantages of resources,market diversification,and increasing popularity,and points out that small tourism is a small one.The development of small tourism towns is restricted by the weakness of basic service facilities,the great seasonal difference of tourism,the lack of characteristic tourism products and professional tourism talents.At the same time,in view of the development and protection of tourism resources,the fierce competition in the tourism market in the surrounding areas,and the supervision of tourism,the article puts forward the opportunity to seize the western development,the "one belt and one road",the global tourism and the holiday economy.Combined with the successful cases of tourism town development,it puts forward the following principles on the basis of following the principles of ecological priority,people-oriented,protection and development.Keeping the development path of "leisure + experience","culture + tourism" and commercial characteristics,this paper tries to put forward operable countermeasures and suggestions for the development of small tourism towns in Qinghai Province.
