| Since 2013,the party committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has proposed to promote the transformation and upgrading of Guangxi's tourism industry through the implementation of Guangxi's unique tourism prefecture strategy,and to achieve the goal of building a strong tourism zone.After four years of practice,there have been four batches of 20 counties(cities,districts)that have been named by the People's Government of the Autonomous Region as Guangxi's characteristic tourism county.Chuangte has injected new vitality into the development of tourism in Guangxi,which has brought new opportunities for county economic development and county tourism industry transformation and upgrading.However,since Chuangte strategy was successfully implemented four years ago,there has been a lack of systematic conclusion on the achievements and successful experiences of Chuangte work.This article firstly combines the industrial agglomeration theory and economic growth theory,the mechanism of tourism industry agglomeration on the economic growth of the county,and explores the connotation,dynamic mechanism and the mechanism of economic growth.Secondly,from the perspective of spatial measurement research,we select Guangxi's characteristic tourism county as the research object,and use the Moran'I scatterplot and cold hotspot analysis to examine the spatial distribution of tourism industry agglomeration in Guangxi's characteristic tourist counties from 2011 to 2016.Dynamic evolutionary trends.Finally,in the analysis of the tourism industry agglomeration in Guangxi's characteristic tourist county,the SDM model,SAR model and SEM model were used to analyze the marginal effects of tourism industry agglomeration on economic growth.The article introduces the intersection item to test the effect of the Chuangte policy implementation on the tourism industry agglomeration and economic growth in the county of Guangxi,and uses the random effect model of the SDM model to analyze the spatial spillover effect.The study found that:(1)From the fragmented maps and cold spot maps of the tourism industry clustering in Guangxi's characteristic tourism counties,it was found that the tourism industry clustering in Guangxi's characteristic tourism counties is at a stage of development,but the tourism industry concentration is not high.The internal development is uneven and there is a phenomenon of polarization.Further,by conducting spatial auto-correlation tests on tourism industry clustering and economic growth in Guangxi's characteristic tourism counties,it is found that there is significant spatial dependence and spatial correlation in county tourism industry agglomeration.(2)From the panel space econometric models,the best-fit spatial SDM model is selected as the best model for the selection criteria,including within-R2,LL and Likelihood ratio test.The results of model analysis show that tourism industry agglomeration and economic growth in Guangxi's characteristic tourism prefectures have a significant positive promotion effect,and there are interaction effects with the economic growth of neighboring counties.(3)The results of the Spatial Dubin model verify that the Chuangte policy is also a route to the economic growth of Guangxi tourism industry agglomeration.The implementation of the policy of creating distinctive tourism counties has a positive effect on county economic growth.(4)The stock of human capital and per capita material capital has promoted the development of the county economy.Human capital agglomeration can not only promote technological innovation,but also improve the market efficiency of the tourism industry.The investment behavior can promote the expansion of the scale of the tourism industry and show the accumulation of tourism capital stock.Based on the empirical analysis results of the spatial econometric model,this paper proposes feasible policy recommendations on the development of economic growth based on the agglomeration of the tourism industry in Guangxi's unique tourism county. |
