Research On Financial Risk Assessment And Control Of Company A

Since the 21 st century,China's economy has developed rapidly,and companies have paid more and more attention to the management of corporate financial risks.Financial risks are closely related to the development of the enterprise.The external uncertain factors will lead the financial enterprises to face financial risks,and even seriously endanger the bankruptcy of the enterprises.Among them,small and medium-sized enterprises have weak response to financial risks due to their limitations,so it is particularly important to identify and control the financial risks of small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper combines the research results summarized from the domestic and foreign references to analyze the specific situation of the financial risks of Company A,and finally puts forward the corresponding financial risk control measures,which has certain reference significance for Company A and other enterprises in the same industry.This paper first introduces the case background of Company A.It is judged that Company A lacks a sound internal control mechanism.Then,starting from the three financial statements of Company A,some of A's balance sheet,profit statement and cash flow statement are analyzed,and methods including comparative analysis,trend analysis and structural analysis are used.Secondly,according to the financial indicators of the past years,the current situation of A company's operation is analyzed,and the financial risks of A company in terms of financing,investment and operation are identified.The Z-value scoring model and the Zeta model are used to comprehensively evaluate the financial risks of Company A.Finally,the corresponding control measures for the risks of A company in terms of financing,investment and operation are proposed.
