Empirical Research On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers'Income In Zibo City

The strategy of rural revitalization have been proposed on the 19 th central committee of the communist party of china.The problem of agricultural rural and farmers has become a fundamental issue which affecting the national economy and people's livelihood.At the core of “Three rural”issues is farmers.the income of farmers is not only the key to solving the “Three rural”issues,but also the focus of the country's rural revitalization.Zibo is a large agricultural city in shandong province,with 417,265 hectares of agricultural land,accounting for 21% of the total cultivated land in shandong province.With the rapid development of the national economy,the income of farmers in zibo has also been growing steadily in the past 30 years,but the growth rate of farmers' income has been slowing down since 2012.Based on the above background,he visited five districts and three counties in Zibo City,a total of 63 townships,and used comprehensive research methods such as literature review,field interviews,quantitative analysis,and qualitative analysis.From the analysis of the situation of the farmers themselves in Zibo City,the development of agriculture in Zibo City,the income structure of farmers in Zibo City,and the income gap between districts and counties,it is found that the farmers in Zibo City have low overall quality,low total income and unreasonable structure,low household operating income,and the highest proportion of wage income.Low share of property and transferable income.Based on the problems found,the paper analyzes the factors affecting farmers 'income by means of questionnaire and literature,and uses multiple regression analysis method to carry out empirical research on farmers' household operating income,wage income and property income.According to the empirical analysis,I believe that the factors that affect farmers' income are complex and diverse,and that the increase of farmers' income is the result of joint action rather than the result of a certain factor.The influencing factors of farmer household operating income,wage income and transfer payment income are different but there are also common influencing factors such as farmer's education,labor force age,gender,etc..However,the influence of these factors is different.The degree of influence is different.For the farmer household management income,pesticide usage,machine tillage area,fertilizer usage is a significant factor;For wage income,the average daily working hours,skill types and work experience of farmers are significant factors.For the property income,the farmer's education,housing area and circulation land area are significant factors.Based on the results of empirical research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the comprehensive quality,transform the agricultural development mode and help the farmers accurately.
