As an important part of the large tourism industry,the hotel industry has attracted more enterprises and foreign tourists to invest and sightseeing in China since the development of China's reform and opening up economy and opening up to the outside world.High-end business and tourism services have made the hotel industry develop rapidly and become an important pillar industry of the tertiary industry.In recent years,due to the "Eight Articles of the State" and the adjustment and optimization of the economic and industrial structure,as well as the transformation of the individualization and quality of the domestic tourism industry and the increasingly fierce competition of the external industry,the battle within the industry is very fierce.From the perspective of Nanning,Eternal Langyue,American Howard Johnson Hotel,Marriott Hotel,Wanda Wenhua and more than 10 international hotels and resort hotels in China are competing in Nanning's Limited Hotel market.Faced with the fierce competition in the external environment,how to build its own advantages,establish a development strategy suitable for its own conditions,and maintain its dominant position in the fierce market competition are the problems that should be considered by the old local five-star hotels in Nanning.This paper takes the basic strategic tools as the main analysis tools,including "PEST"analysis model,"SWOT" analysis model and Porter's Five Forces model as the main analysis tools.Combining with the current internal resources of enterprises,the paper makes a detailed analysis of the external and internal strategic environment of WD Hotel in Guangxi,and puts forward some suggestions.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of hotels are discussed.At the same time,according to the development trend of hotel market in Nanning,the future strategic objectives and plans of hotels are put forward.At the same time,the development strategy of WD Hotel in Guangxi is designed according to the goals and plans.From the aspects of marketing,Hotel organization,enterprise system,culture and manpower,the development strategy of WD Hotel in Guangxi is also designed.In order to provide reliable support for the development strategy of WD hotel in Guangxi,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward in the respects of resources and learning organization.Guangxi WD Hotel is one of the first international five-star hotels in Nanning,Guangxi. It is also the first international golden key alliance hotel.China-ASEAN Expo designated hotel.The study of this hotel is conducive to the formulation of development strategies for high-star hotels in China and provides a vivid research model.This paper is divided into five main chapters to analyze the strategy of WD hotel in Guangxi.The first chapter is the introduction chapter.It mainly summarizes the research background,significance,research path and the research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad,so as to pave the way for the follow-up research.The second chapter is the chapter of external strategic environment analysis,which mainly uses PEST model and Porter's Five Forces model as analysis tools to carry out external environment analysis.The third chapter is the analysis of the internal strategic environment.It mainly analyses and summarizes the elements of the hotel's internal strategic resources one by one.Chapter IV is about the formulation and selection of strategies.It analyses the strategic objectives,plans and strategic choices of enterprise development.The fifth chapter is the guarantee of the implementation of the development strategy.It puts forward the corresponding implementation safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy in accordance with the relevant opinions and strategies put forward in the above chapters.In this paper,the method of theoretical research and case study integration is used to summarize the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars and experts in hotel strategic management in recent years.Based on the actual situation of WD hotel in Guangxi and the external environment,the strategic research is made.The conclusions of this paper have certain guidance and reference significance for the strategic management of WD hotels in Guangxi,and also provide some inspiration for other enterprises or hotels in the same situation.
