With the growing economic globalization, all the global business in order to expand the scale of the global enterprise and increase competitive strength off Mergers &Acquisitions (M & A)waves have. M & A theory of community and industry overnight become the focus of concern. M & A have been expanding, have also increased the number of, but their success rate is not optimistic. Many enterprises through mergers and acquisitions do not achieve their intended goals and rewards. Instead, it is inefficient production and management into a quagmire, unable to extricate themselves. Therefore, when people sum up M & A success or failure, they will find that hidden behind the huge culture shock, a direct impact on the fate of mergers and acquisitions. Factors in its success, excellent corporate culture integration in third place, however, the factors in their failure, and cultural conflicts are topping the list.Acquisition of Chinese enterprises began in the 20th century 80's. relative to Western developed countries are still at the exploratory stage, and lack of experience in mergers and acquisitions. With China's culture of diversity and uniqueness, making cross-cultural integration of our businesses during the course of face greater risks and challenges.Cultural conflict exists in the cultural exchange process, but once this conflict up to the economic level will be more intense.
