Research On Financial Risk Control Of H Company

In recent years,policies such as developing real economy have pushed manufacturing industry to a strategic height,and manufacturing industry has gradually become the backbone of China's economic development.With the development of economy,many problems have arisen in the operation of these manufacturing enterprises.Due to the excessive pursuit of profit maximization in production and operation,the emphasis on investment expansion and the lack of necessary risk awareness,and the neglect of the awareness of financial risk control mechanism,lead to the inability to meet the maximum resource utilization.Therefore,Manufacturing industry is the research goal of this paper and the key point of this paper is the analysis of the causes and control of financial risks,which has a very important practical significance for its stable development.The paper expounds the necessity of financial risk research under the background of era policy,and based on the theory of financial risk control,guided by theory and practice,takes H company as the case target to analyze and control the financial risk of enterprises.Firstly,on the premise of the theory of financial risk control,the macro-environment of H company and the basic situation of H company are briefly analyzed.Secondly,according to the financial data of H company from 2015 to 2017,the preliminary identification procedure is used to identify the risk points of H company.Thirdly,according to the index analysis of H company and the existing problems of internal control,the risk evaluation system is constructed,mainly using the analytic hierarchy process.Determine the weight,evaluate with efficacy coefficient method and expert scoring method,and judge the risk level of H company.Finally,the paper puts forward control suggestions for H company's financial risk,including controlling inventory,improving evaluation system,building long-term financial risk early warning system,etc.Through the interpretation of H company's financial information,this paper deeply explores the financial risks encountered by enterprises in all aspects of development,hoping to enrich the research of financial risk control in manufacturing industry,and also to find and prevent risks in time,so as to protect the stable and orderly development of enterprises.
