The Relationship Between Initiative Personality And Employee Creativity

The voice of modern international society mainly depends on the level of national economic strength.The level of national economic development depends on the rapid improvement of social organization creativity.In the final analysis,innovation is gradually becoming the dominant factor of national development level.The improvement of corporate creativity ultimately requires the implementation of corporate employees and the enhancement of employee creativity has become a key issue in enhancing the creativity of corporate organizations.Therefore,how to improve employee creativity has become an important topic of academic research and corporate management practice.In this study,CiteSpace 5.0 visualization software was used to review the existing research literature on employee creativity in the field of organizational management.It was found that the research on antecedent variables of employee creativity can be divided into two research perspectives,leadership and individual characteristics from the perspective of individual level.organizational environment from the perspective of organization.Among these three antecedents,the leadership traits and leadership models of employee leadership are more used as antecedent variables of employee creativity and have achieved more mature research results.The corresponding research on the impact of individual employee personality traits on employee creativity is relatively lacking,and the interaction path between employee personal personality traits and organizational level organizational innovation atmosphere on employee creativity is still at the primary exploration stage.Based on the theory of creativity composition,creativity interaction theory and creativity participation theory,the influence mechanism of initiative personality on employee creativity is constructed.Individual learning is a mediator variable,and organizational innovation support is a regulatory variable.According to the questionnaire survey method,246.first-line employee evaluation data from various industry organizations were collected.According to the theoretical model of this study,SPSS22.0 and Mplus7.0 data analysis software were used to carry out hypothesisanalysis and verification of the obtained data,and the research theory was verified by empirical method.Structural model.The empirical research results show that: firstly,the employee's initiative personality has obvious promotion effect on its own creativity;secondly,the individual learning part mediates the relationship between the initiative personality and the employee's creativity;thirdly,the organization innovation supports the positive adjustment of the initiative personality to the individual.Learning role;fourthly,organizational innovation supports the positive role of mediating the role of individual learning in the role of initiative personality in employee creativity.That is,employees with a high organizational innovation support environment and a highly proactive personality will have high individual learning and high employee creativity.According to the research conclusions,the following enlightenment is obtained:whether to create a good innovation environment,enhance the employee's initiative personality traits,and promote individual employee learning in the process of modern enterprise management practice is the key to improving employee creativity and an inevitable prerequisite for the development of enterprise organization.condition.Therefore,on the one hand,these findings will help to further explore the related research fields of employee creativity;on the other hand,they will help to effectively carry out organizational creativity management practices.
