The Differentiation Of Regional Innovation Capability In Zhejiang And Its Influence On Economic Transformation And Development

In recent years,innovation has gradually become the most crucial driving force for promoting urban economic transformation and development in the region.Major cities have also increased their investment in innovation.However,the objective conditions of different regions are not the same.The regional innovation capability also has different effects on the economic transformation and development.In some regions,there are even signs that the mismatch between the two affects economic development.Zhejiang Province's patent authorization number,R&D personnel,R&D expenditure and other indicators are far ahead in the country,but the conversion rate of results is far lower than that of developed countries.The disconnection between production,study and research has caused innovation and economic dislocation,and the innovation drive has not played its due role.How to narrow the differences in innovation capabilities among regions,improve the utilization efficiency of innovative resources,and develop new patterns of innovation-driven development has become a new focus.It is urgent to study the relationship between regional innovation capability and economic transformation and development.By combing relevant literature,the article expounds the concept of regional innovation ability,and studies the evaluation,influence factors and improvement countermeasures of regional innovation capability.It is considered that “regional innovation capability refers to different innovations in a certain region.The entity directly or indirectly participates in the Banking activities,efficiently allocates innovative resources,transforms innovation inputs into new products,new processes or services,and realizes a practical or potential capability system for a series of market-oriented activities.The mechanism of regional innovation ability acting on economic transformation and development was explored.It is believed that regional innovation capability can realize economic transformation and development by promoting scientific and technological progress,improving resource allocation efficiency,optimizing economic structure in the region,and improving economic performance in the region.Secondly,based on the relevant data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province,qualitative and quantitative analysis of regional innovation capability and economic transformation and development was carried out.Under the premise of considering the establishment of index system,the construction of model and the selection of index evaluation methods,a comprehensive evaluation index system of regional innovation capability and economic transformation development level is constructed.The improved entropy method was used to measure the regional innovation capability level and economic transformation development level of different prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province,and the corresponding analysis(overall analysis,spatial analysis,dynamic analysis,etc.).Finally,based on the above comprehensive scores,the relationship between regional innovation capability and economic transformation development is measured and tested,and the relationship between the two is tested.In the long run,there is a dynamic and stable equilibrium relationship between the two,but in the short term,the impact of regional innovation capability is not the same.Specifically,different regional innovation capability indicators in the same type of urban group have different effects on economic transformation and development.The same regional innovation capability indicators in different types of urban groups have different effects on economic transformation and development.Based on this,the article proposes more targeted policy recommendations for different types of cities.
