The 19th party of China put forward the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,made it clear that talents are the strategic resources to rejuvenate the nation and win the initiative in international competition,accelerated the building of a strong country with talents,implemented a more active,more open and more effective talent policy,and gave full play to the role of talents in promoting economic development and social progress.As a specific form of enterprise in China,private enterprises have been playing an important role in the national economic system in recent years,which not only promotes the development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standards,but also is indispensable for the normal operation and healthy development of national economy.As the most critical and important link in the development and competition of enterprises in today's society,talent reserve and competition play a very important role in the strategic management of every company.The reserve and training of talents has gradually become an important task in the strategic management of enterprise development The quality of staff training:is not only important for the long-term retention of talents,but also one of the important ways and methods of human resource appreciation.ZQ information company is a private enterprise,belonging to the high-tech industry.Since its establishment,it has developed rapidly and attached great importance to the training management.It has initially established a relatively complete training system,which provides indispensable assistance to the company's normal operation and sustainable development.In this paper,through the methods of documentary,questionnaire data statistics and other research methods for ZQ information of the company's employees training system of investigation and research,in order to find problems in a comprehensive way and to explore the cause,in turn,suit the remedy to the case,put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures as ZQ information is very important for the management of human resources,remarkable achievement in ZQ information of the company's training system optimization,in training organization,establish and improve the optimization of training courses,training process carding and training support system architectures are obtained the certain achievement,and at the same time,the ZQ information company training system optimization work,there are many deficiencies,The training needs of employees have not been fully met,the optimization degree of training courses is insufficient,and the control degree of training management and control system is insufficient.In view of these problems and in combination with the specific situation of ZQ information company,the optimization of training system needs to focus on the establishment of process,the optimization of course content and the construction of guarantee system,so as to form synergy,improve the overall efficiency of ZQ information company's training system and contribute to the operation and healthy development of enterprises.
