Academic research on shopping centers has been more and more focused on facade design,experience-based innovation and tenant mix,attracting consumers from the sensory impact of shopping malls and consumer upgrades,and enhancing competitiveness.With the rapid development of e-commerce,consumers' consumption behavior has also changed Online shopping has gradually become an indispensable part of people's life,and the physical retail business is facing an unprecedented crisis.In order to cope with the impact of e-commerce,commercial management companies responsible for shopping mall operations,while maintaining their own scene design business,introduced online marketing techniques to integrate online marketing and offline marketingThis paper introduces the STP analysis method and the new 4P marketing analysis method which the author tried to use in the enterprise management practice and has achieved certain results.Taking a shopping mall business management company as an example,this paper designs a 4C marketing model for the service industry in line with the booming stage of e-commerce by using the perfect background analysis and STP analysis method,in order to changing the traditional marketing methods of shopping malls,promoting and ensuring the implementation of the company's objectives,so as to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise.The conclusion of this paper is that the comprehensive use of Wechat applet and offline promotion activities in line with the e-commerce environment can effectively promote the overall sales of shopping centers and make shopping centers glow with new vitality.
