Internet chess game is one of the most important segments in China’s online game market. Experienced more than a decade of development, Internet chess game market has formed a relatively stable market. With the rapid increase of the total marketplace, chess game companies face more complex form of market competition. It is a challenge for every company that how to find the right marketing strategy in a constantly changing market competition.Huangjindao Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest companies, which started online chess game development, and operations, which has a respectively high market share and high-quality customer base in Hunan province and Jiangxin province. With Internet chess game market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, it remains a immediate problem for Huangjindao that how to continue to consolidate the advantage and occupy a leading position on the local chess game in the regional market. These questions are the main content of this paper. This paper aims to analysis macro environment and micro environment of Internet chess game industry and explore prospects for it form multiple angles, which base on research of PEST analysis and Michael Porter’s five forces. This paper makes a new marketing tools for the Huangjindao to work out a great value of the marketing mix strategy, which based on 4P classification of the marketing mix instruments as the theoretical basis, and other maketing-based elements, such as such as content DPS and data analysis. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the marketing strategy and to achieve the best effect on the market, this paper focus on difficulties that may be encountered in the implementation and implementation difficulties.This paper studies some perspectives, such as marketing strategy in the complex environment; marketing strategy formulation; avoid vicious competition; product differentiation strategy as the core and achieve the established marketing objectives. Marketing Strategy on Huangjindao has a positive reference value, for Internet chess game industry in develop and implement marketing strategies. Moreover, it helps to improve the overall level of industry marketing.
