In recent years,with the slowdown of economic growth and the rapid development of the Internet e-commerce platform,the living environment of physical retail enterprises has become increasingly severe,with declining sales,reduced profits,and frequent shop closures.In the face of difficulties,physical retail enterprises must actively face the impact of the industry and accelerate transformation and upgrading.For the physical retail enterprise,the biggest advantage is the customer's on-site experience,how to provide customers with more convenient,fast,personalized products and better service,and constantly improve the customer's shopping experience,which is the physical retail enterprise to enhance competitiveness.The essential.The grassroots employees of chain supermarkets generally have low academic qualifications and uneven quality.They have the characteristics of low income level,large group size and high motivate cost.These employees directly face customers,and their working status has direct impact on the customer's live experience,influences.Therefore,how to take efifective motivation to stimulate the enthusiasm of these grassroots employees,thereby further improving the customer's on-site experience and improving the efficiency of business operations,is an urgent issue facing the physical supermarket chain.This paper takes the incentives of grassroots employees in H supermarket as the research object.Firstly,it studies the existing achievements of grassroots employee motivation from the theoretical background and related research status,and then uses literature research,field interviews,investigation and research methods to collect and organize.Relevant data and data,diagnosed and analyzed the current situation of the incentive system for grassroots employees in H supermarkets,found out the problems and shortcomings of the current grassroots employee incentive system,and analyzed the causes of problems and deficiencies,according to the problems and difficulties In the supermarket grassroots employee partner motivation model,the partner motivation model optimizes and improves the existing problems,and unifies the performance objectives of all levels of employees;adopts profit sharing to make employees' rewards and their own efforts More direct contact,simplifying the reward calculation process and improving the incentive intensity;adopting team rewards to avoid lazy and free-riding behavior in the team;guiding and motivating grassroots employees by giving the grassroots employees more power and responsibility The transition from performer to operator.Finally,four supplementary safeguards for implementing the partner motivation model were proposed.The research in this paper provides new ideas for how to motivate grassroots employees in retail supermarket chains.
