With the development of social economy,human material needs are basically satisfied.According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs,when lower-level needs are met,individuals will pursue higher-level needs.Status is an important aspect of individual spiritual needs.One of the most important goals and results of social life is to gain status in the group.Therefore,in contemporary society,individuals pay more attention to their status.With the application of Internet technology,the organizational structure of enterprises has developed into a flat and platformized trend,and the influence of informal status on individuals becomes increasingly important.Work and family are the two basic areas of individual life.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and the development of inadequate imbalances.The need for a better life is inseparable from the harmony of family relationships.To some extent,this change of concept increases the individual's work-family conflict,and the issue of work-family conflict still needs the high attention from all walks of life.Based on previous researches,workplace status is the informal status of individuals in organization,representing the degree of respect and influence of individuals in the eyes of others,and the ability to acquire resources.The study of workplace status outcome variables focuses on individual employee workplace output and organizational citizenship behavior while rarely involves work-family conflicts.Through analyzing the existing literature,this paper aims to explore the relationship between workplace status and work-family conflict,and establish the influence mechanism of psychological capital as a regulatory variable based on the conservation of resources theory.Firstly,the technical route and research method of the whole paper are determined.Secondly,through literature integration,two general hypotheses and four sub-hypotheses are proposed,and the theoretical model of this paper is constructed.Finally,taking high-speed railway drivers as the research object,the questionnaire survey was carried out.The SPSS22.0 data analysis tool was used to conduct empirical analysis on the 219 valid questionnaires collected,and the relationship between the three variables was explored.The conclusions of this paper were drawn:(1)There is a significant negative correlation between workplace status and work-family conflicts,work-interfering families,and family interference.(2)Psychological capital plays a negative regulating role in the relationship between workplace status and work-family conflict,workplace status and work-interfering family.That is to say,the higher the level of psychological capital is,the less the influence of workplace status on work-family conflict and work-interfering family is.Psychological capital does not play a moderating role in the relationship between workplace status and family interference work.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,the paper put forward some suggestions.
