As new generations of employees born in the 1980 s and 1990 s matured,they increasingly played an important role in the family and at work.On the one hand,the new generation of employees play an important role in the enterprise,on the other hand,they gradually step into marriage and establish their own family.But because everyone's time and energy are limited,conflicts between family and work sometimes occur.Studies have shown that work-family conflicts can cause physical and mental harm to individuals;at work,it can lead to a decline in productivity.This shows that the work-family conflict of the new generation of employees is a problem that cannot be ignored for the enterprise.It is also an important factor affecting the quality of life and work effect for the new generation of employees.In the past research,although there are many studies on work-family conflicts and job performance,there are few studies on the work-family conflicts of the new generation of employees.Although there are studies abroad,the new generation of employees in China and abroad exist after all.A certain difference.Therefore,this paper will analyze the impact of the work-family conflicts of new generation employees on their job performance in the Chinese context.Based on the theory of resource conservation and social exchange theory,this study attempts to explore the mediating role of psychological capital in the work-family conflicts and job performance of new generation employees and the family conflicts and job performance of family-supported executives working in the new generation of employees.The adjustment role of the relationship between work-family conflict and psychological capital of the new generation of employees.This paper collected 296 research samples from different domestic enterprises through questionnaire survey,and conducted empirical analysis using SPSS21.0 and AMOS17.0 software,and concluded that the work-family conflict of new generation employees has a negative effect on job performance.Psychological capital plays a part in mediating the relationship between work-family conflicts and job performance of new-generation employees;family-supported executive behaviors in the work-family conflicts and job performance of new-generation employees,work-family conflicts and psychology of new-generation employees Capital plays a negative role in regulating.This paper further explores the mechanism of the work-family conflicts of the new generation of employees on the performance of employees,and provides a theoretical basis for studying the work-family conflicts and performance of the new generation.At the same time,in practice,business managers should also provide family support behaviors for new generation employees,which is also verified in this paper.
