Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the overall planning and layout of the Party Central Committee has opened a new chapter in the reform of state-owned enterprises.This reform has paid more attention to the top-level design of reform,taking into account systemic,holistic and coordinated.2017 is a year of comprehensive deepening of state-owned enterprise reform.This reform not only requires the company to organize reforms,but also more on the governance structure and ownership form.How to motivate employees,improve the company's shareholding structure,and improve corporate governance through employee stock ownership plans requires the government and academia to jointly study relevant measures to address these changes and new requirements.Based on the analysis and study of employee holdings at home and abroad,this paper combines the financial characteristics of Company A in the context of state-owned enterprise reform,and strives to construct a practical shareholding implementation plan to truly adapt to the company's mixed reform and development.need.At present,the main difference between this paper and the existing research is that the previous research on employee stock ownership mostly focused on the empirical test of employee stock ownership and corporate performance,and less on the mixed research and employee stock ownership synchronization research,and most of them.The research object is a listed company.There are few studies on unlisted companies,and research on financial enterprise reform is rare.This paper will analyze the specific case of A-funded companies in the context of state-owned assets,and dig deep into the arrangement of the employee stock ownership plan and track the follow-up implementation.The logical framework of this thesis is as follows: Firstly,introduce the research background and significance through the introduction of introduction,summarize the research status at home and abroad,analyze the limitations of the original research,and put forward the significance of the research.Secondly,it expounds the current theory about the research and the current analysis of the status quo of state-owned enterprises.Thirdly,it briefly introduces the overall situation of A company and the shareholding plan,and focuses on the industry environment faced by Company A,so that readers can understand the characteristics of the financial industry.Subsequently,according to the changes brought about by the implementation of Company A,the overall impact of the implementation of employee stock ownership on Company A was analyzed.Based on the above research,the conclusions and recommendations of this study are obtained.The main conclusions of this paper based on case study are as follows: On the one hand,for state-owned enterprises themselves,the employee stock ownership plan will obviously mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and stimulate the vitality of enterprises;on the other hand,for the reform of mixed ownership,Employee stock ownership has an irreplaceable advantage in optimizing corporate governance structures.On the last hand,for the implementation of the state-owned enterprise mixed reform and employee stock ownership plan,some employees still have some misunderstandings.They mistakenly believe that employee stock ownership is the distribution of benefits for all employees.
