Benefiting from the strong support of national funds and the high attention paid to the policy of benefiting farmers,the domestic tea market has developed rapidly,especially the economic benefit of Suichuan GougunaoTea.In recent years,the business scale of Suichuan Gougunao Tea has been expanding,the comprehensive strength of tea enterprises has been increasing year by year,and the product's popularity in the national market has been increasing day by day.However,the rapid development also poses many challenges to the future growth of Suichuan GougunaoTea.For example,although Suichuan Gougunao Tea has a good sales in Jiangxi market,its brand influence is low,and its sense of self-cultivation is weak.The number of strong brands is very small.It is a long way to go to the whole country and to the world.Brand is the integration of customer loyalty,market credibility,sales reputation,customer Association and popularity in the process of market development.Therefore,brand creation and brand maintenance are of great significance for the sustainable development of enterprises.Suichuan Gougunao Tea is a rising star in tea market.It has unique resource advantages and regional characteristics in the process of brand building.At the same time,it also has a unique way of management and operation system,which is different from other similar brand building.Through the research,the author thinks that the main problems in the brand construction of Suichuan Gougunao Tea are the small scale of industry,the backward production technology,the uneven quality,the lack of brand awareness,the lack of brand effect,and the narrow sales channels.On the basis of special investigation and SWOT analysis,it can be concluded that Suichuan Gougunao Tea has obvious advantages: rich nutrients,good producing environment,and many product honors.With the increase of tea demand at home and abroad,the increase of policy support and the continuous tapping of export potential,the dog brain tea industry will have great development prospects.To this end,the following measures should be taken in the future:1.Market-oriented,driving brand development: increase brand promotion and expand market share.2.Based on the Jiangxi market,gradually developing the whole country: optimizing brand marketing methods and brand positioning of Suichuan Gougunao Tea,adjusting the brand promotion strategy and learning advanced experience of Suichuan Gougunao Tea,strengthening brand awareness,innovating marketing ideas,doing well the "Internet +",grasping the opportunity of all areas and strengthening the export of tea.3.Improving the guarantee measures for brand building: first,giving full play to the main role of enterprises,creating excellent quality,strengthening win-win cooperation and building enterprise culture;second,promoting the upgrading of tea industrial structure;third,giving full play to the role of the government: doing a good job of enterprise backing,brand protection,multi-dimensional policy support;fourth,giving full play to the role of industry associations and other organizations.4.Strengthen the promotion of tea culture: Strengthen the propaganda,broaden the channels of propaganda,combine tea culture with tourism,and enhance the value of brand culture.
